Maple Sriracha Chicken

Ingredients

8 boneless chicken thighs*
Sriracha Sauce
Real Maple Syrup
Green beans
Red, Yellow and Orange Peppers


Directions

Preheat oven to 350F/175C 

Place chicken thighs in a 9x9 glass baking dish, squirt sriracha sauce all over to cover the chicken.  Pour maple syrup over the sriracha.  Put sliced peppers and green beans over the chicken, place in the oven.

If the items are frozen (like how I started out) it may take up to an hour to cook the chicken through.  If all the items are thawed, then it will probably only be 45 minutes.  Check for doneness before eating.

Notes

You gotta like it hot to eat this stuff!  The maple syrup adds a bit of sweet, but doesn't take any of the heat out of the sriracha at all.
