Rehydrating Sport Drink - AIP

1 serving

Ingredients

900 ml of water

1 whole lemon

1/4 tsp sea salt

1/4 tsp magnesium citrate powder

Directions

Put water into 1 litre container.  Preferably a reusable water bottle. Tap water is fine, filtered is maybe better.  If you have access to a local fresh water artesian well, that's awesome too!

Cut the lemon into 4 wedges, and squeeze them into the water, and put the wedges into the bottle.  This is why it's 900 ml in a 1L bottle!  Add the salt and the magnesium, screw on the top and shake it up a bit. 

Notes

There you have it, a healthy "sport" drink for those extra hot days and extra tough work outs.  Don't pollute yourself with those garbage sport drinks full of sugars and artificial crap.  This is so easy!
